Bison Semi Light Italic Font

Semi Light Italic introduces a quieter kind of momentum to Bison’s otherwise immovable stance. The lighter weight trims back some of the family’s force, while the italic angle adds a measured sense of movement—more glide than charge. Hard lines remain crisp, curves stay controlled, but the overall impression is leaner and more fluid.

Set large, it feels confident without shouting; paired with uprights from the same weight or the Regular, it creates a clear hierarchy with a natural rhythm between steady and slanted forms. It’s especially compelling in short statements, mastheads, and packaging details where strength benefits from a touch of finesse.
